We will never send or change wiring instructions by text message.
You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the text messaging consent box or boxes on a form on our website, or by otherwise giving us your express consent to receive text messages. Consent boxes are never checked in advance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies depending on your transaction and the messages you have opted in to.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Element Title Group does not charge for text messages.
You can cancel the text messaging service at any time. Just text STOP to the number that messaged you. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or STOPALL. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from that program. If you want to join again, you can opt in the same way you did the first time.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier and is outside our control.
By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder of the mobile number provided or are authorized by the account holder to receive messages at that number. If you change or give up your mobile number, please reply STOP from that number or contact us so we can update our records.
Your mobile information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
