Information you give us. When you request a quote, open a title order, contact us, or opt in to text messages, we may collect your name, email address, mobile and other phone numbers, mailing address, your role in the transaction (for example, buyer, seller, realtor, lender or builder), and the details you share in your message.
Transaction information. To complete a closing, we may collect the property address, purchase contract, names of the parties, lender and loan details, payoff and lien information, and other information needed to search title, issue title insurance, prepare settlement statements and disburse funds. Where required by law, this can include taxpayer identification information (for example, for IRS Form 1099-S reporting) and bank account information used for secure disbursement.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our hosting and analytics providers may collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and the date and time of your visit.
