Mobile & remote closings, explained

"You can close anywhere" isn't just a tagline for us, it's how we operate. Here's what the modern closing options actually look like, and how to choose the one that fits your life.

In person closings

The traditional option: you sign at one of our offices or another agreed location. It's straightforward, personal, and ideal if you prefer to handle the paperwork face to face.

Mobile closings (we come to you)

Can't make it to an office, or just don't want to? We'll bring the closing to you, your home, your office, a coffee shop, the mountains, or the beach. Mobile closings are perfect for busy schedules, out of area sellers, and anyone who values convenience. It's the same secure, compliant process, just on your turf.

Remote Online Notarization (RON)

RON lets you complete your closing entirely online. You meet a commissioned online notary over secure, recorded video, verify your identity, and sign electronically, no travel required. RON is especially helpful for remote buyers and sellers, military families, and tight timelines.

Availability note: RON and hybrid eClosing options vary by state, lender and transaction type. Tell us about your closing and we'll confirm what's available for you.

Convenience should never come at the cost of security. Real estate wire fraud, where scammers impersonate your title company or agent and send fake wiring instructions, is one of the most damaging scams in real estate. Protect yourself with a few simple habits:

At Element Title Group, we follow strict verification protocols and secure communication for every transaction, because protecting your funds is part of protecting your closing.
